What is Placemaking?

Traditionally, Placemaking is a term used by architects, planners and landscapers to describe the process of creating built environments where people gather to experience a unique sense of “place”.

Mayfield Creative's contribution to Placemaking involves the design, development and implementation of visual devices that enhance, promote or support a branded or thematic experience attributed to a specific environment. This practice requires integrated collaboration with associated professionals such as architects, developers, marketing  strategists, retailers and consumers.
